Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment

Payment for sessions are due at least 24hrs in advance.  If payment is not received in this time, the session will be cancelled.

Cancellations

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.  This means, if you cancel an appointment over 24 hours in advance there will be no charge and any fee paid for this session will be refunded.  There is no refund for sessions not attended without prior warning or those cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time.

If I cancel

Occasionally, circumstances might prevent me from delivering a session as agreed.  If this happens, I will give you as much notice as possible and do my best to re-book at a time that suits you.  Any monies paid in advance for a session I cancel will be refunded.
